Following the 2024 Green Valley Health Fair, the GGVHEA Board of Directors implemented a scholarship program for area students wishing to pursue careers in the health care field.

Over two scholarship cycles, the Board has awarded scholarships to outstanding students graduating from area high schools: Sahuarita, Walden Grove, Rio Rico and Nogales High Schools.

The nine awardees are currently attending: The University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, Grand Canyon University, Arizona State University, Brigham Young University and Pima Community College.

Donations to the scholarship program are appreciated and may be made at the GGVHEA website:  gvhealthfair.com between October 1 and March 31 each year or please send your  check to:
